Please do not set thermostats above 80°F. - A late fee of $100 will apply for community registrations made less than 2 days before arrival. - The community amenity rules and schedule are subject to potential changes, particularly in the event of unforeseen circumstances, as determined by the community. - This home is located within the Indian Mountain Lake community. Guest registration is required upon check-in. We will send more details about this requirement after the reservation is confirmed. - Wristbands are required for access to the community amenities. Please note that wristbands are $10 per person for guests ages 6 and older. - Please note that all guests staying 30 nights or longer are required to pay a Monthly Service Charge every 30 days throughout their stay. - Please note: Most HOAs do not allow pets in the common-area lakes. - Badges are required to access the pool and lake and must be purchased separately. Parking Details: - 3 driveway parking spots available on the property. - No street parking. - This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
