This property was great exactly as expected and listed. The host was extremely accommodating and even on a holiday weekend came to fix something for the pool in a thunderstorm. Would definitely recommend.

I loved everything about the house; the only thing I think should be added is a pool heater, as the water was way too cold. Everything was perfect after that.

It was a delight to stay at Adam’s for a long weekend! It was perfectly as described and clean. Communication was easy and Adam was super helpful. We noticed that the hot tub water was a bit yellow/green but he was able to come early to sort it all out for us.

First and foremost, my family had a great vacation at this house! We loved seeing the many deer! The hot tub and pool were nice. We really enjoyed boulder lake, one of the community amenities.I had some very slight communication issues with the host, partially because I had spotty reception (T-Mobile) and partially because I wasn't given check in information to review in advance. As such, the amenities were a bit confusing - I didn't realize I had to purchase passes separately from the clubhouse (10 per person). Of course it wasn't a big deal but it caused some confusion. Overall the house was nice but could use some updates and a deep clean. For example, the walls/doors are scuffed and appear dirty, the cutting boards are scored too deeply to be food safe, ice maker didn't work, things like that. Renters should also be aware there are no tissues, tin foil/plastic wrap, or laundry pods.
