The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a dedicated work space, and a nursery in the walk-in closet! The secondary bedroom has a queen bed with closet space and an extra comfy mattress.
The kids' room has two twin beds + a trundle and a smart TV for the kids to enjoy.
The living room has an indoor gas fireplace with a 65" smart TV and an extra-large sofa sectional.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for you to feel right at home. Equipped with: Dishware/flatware, cooking basics, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and more!
Our dining area is well lit up with natural light during the day and is the perfect spot for a family meal. There is extra seating around our extra large kitchen island too!
The garage area is where you will find the entertainment area. Our garage has been insulated and converted into a game room with foosball, air hockey, a smart TV, and a pull out sofa bed!
The backyard is where you will likely spend most of your time. The backyard has a brand new hot tub and outdoor dining area, and much more space to enjoy!

-Our cleaning fee may seem a bit high, we pay the community a small fee for each reservation + a small fee for each car you register. We also work with a professional hot tub company to ensure the chemicals are balanced and the tub is clean and safe for every guest. Also, our housekeepers are the most efficient in the area. We hope you understand!
-Pets welcome for a fee of $75 per pet.
*Please be advised that we require our non-Airbnb guests to provide a clear copy of Government ID before arrival*
*Reservations made outside of Airbnb need to be paid in full at least 5 days prior to the check-in date. If not, the reservation will be subject to cancellation. Please ensure timely payment to secure your booking.*

We do our absolute best to ensure our hot tubs are running at full steam and you can fully assume the tub will work during your stay. However, in the event there is an issue discovered during your stay, we will do our best to get a tech out right away, or issue a $25/night refund for any nights not resolved. Overall great time and get away for relaxing. Quite and peaceful location. Property was nice. The hot tub was very nice relaxing space. The couch in the living room I've had better and have had worse. The game room we never used but looked nice. There was no tv in the one bedroom with the most comfortable bed out of all. The master bedroom I wish there was something to cover the big window better for the mornings you want to sleep in but the sun blaring in. The bathroom shower curtain rod wouldn't stay up not sure why it was just laying on the edge of the shower. The water pressure was lacking for personal liking. The kitchen size was awesome but the organization would be different if was my house for better uses and the trash drawer would not stay close. This was the 1st time we had to take our trash to off site location for leaving, I am sorry but felt a little odd and for the rent cost there should be other arrangements.
