ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- This 2-story, split-level home requires 5 steps to enter, with a bedroom and bathroom on the main level
- There will be 8 passes provided for access to the community amenities
- Beach chairs and towels are not provided; it is recommended to bring your own. Towels from the house are not to be used elsewhere
- There is a $7 fee required by the HOA for each vehicle, paid on-site by cash or personal check
- Please note that an HOA registration form must be filled out at least 72 hours before check-in
- The beach and pool are available on the weekends beginning Memorial Day. Father’s Day through Labor Day, these amenities will be available 7 days a week between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM
