Location was fantastic but up on the hill, so if you are old you might mind this. Breakfast variation wasn't much but everything was tasty and I was very much satisfied.
Only matter we faced was cleaning. Room upon entry was clean and tidy. Over our stay of 4 days/ 3 nights, no one cleaned the room even though we ask 4 times. At 4th we went furious and rise the voice then we had a quick clean up :)

The hotel was close to the main tourist areas and you could walk to most places in a short time, the room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable

Stanza piccolissima Quattro piani SENZA ASCENSORE e per un albergo a 5stelle è a dir poco penoso. Bagno piccolissimo e buio non era possibile né poter fare trucco ne fare barba completamente buio
