There was no air conditioning or adequate ventilation for hot weather conditions.

The host was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was new, spacious, and exceptionally well maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, utensils, and thoughtful essentials such as salt, pepper, and other basic supplies. The beds were very comfortable, cozy, and spotlessly clean. The apartment also included convenient amenities such as a washing machine, ironing board, and iron, making it feel like a home away from home. The bathrooms were modern, spacious, and very clean. The Wi-Fi connection was excellent, and the smart TV provided great entertainment options after a long day of sightseeing. Another major advantage was the covered parking for two vehicles, with direct access to the building from the underground garage, which was extremely convenient. What impressed us most was the host's kindness and hospitality. He personally helped us carry our luggage from the underground parking area to the apartment and was always polite, friendly, and attentive to our needs. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped, and welcoming place to stay. We would gladly stay here again.

I do not mention these points to criticize the host, who was extremely kind and helpful, but rather to provide useful information for future guests, just as detailed reviews helped us when choosing this property. There is no elevator in the building. The apartment is located on the second floor, while the parking area is on the lower ground floor. If you are traveling with several large suitcases, you may find it a bit tiring to carry your luggage up and down the stairs. In our case, the host kindly helped us with the luggage, but guests using a self-check-in process may need to manage this on their own. There were no fans available in the bedrooms. Of course, not having air conditioning in Europe is quite common, so this is not really a complaint. However, with the increasingly frequent summer heat waves across Europe, having at least one fan in each room would be a welcome addition. That said, the nights were pleasantly cool during our stay, and we slept comfortably with the windows open. Other than these minor points, we genuinely did not encounter any issues during our stay. Everything else was excellent, and we were very satisfied with the apartment and the hospitality of the host.
