Boasting four bedrooms, the home is ideal for families or groups, with a thoughtful layout that provides space to relax and unwind across two levels. Upstairs consists of the open-plan living, kitchen and dining areas, master bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom. Downstairs offers a further two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a second bathroom.
The large fully-fenced back-yard is perfect for the kids, while the adults can watch on from the generous wrap-around balcony that flows off the upstairs living space. There’s plenty of room to park the boat or extra vehicles, so bringing all the toys is easy. With the estuary just across the road, and the beach and shops within easy reach, this is a fantastic base for a classic Kiwi getaway. The home is completed with hotel-quality linen to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

*Please note - there is an additional single bed which is stored in the garage. If you wish to have a 9th guest, this must be arranged at least 7 days prior to arrival.

Parking: 4-5x off street parking, including boat parking.
*Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes.
Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who provide professionally laundered linen & towels. Coffee machine - the property has a Nespresso pod machine and coffee plunger. You will need to bring your own pods or plunger coffee. Instant coffee is provided.
Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.
STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
