About this villa rental
We invite you to discover this unique villa located just a short distance from the sea, with its sandy beaches, and from downtown Calpe.
The property consists of several levels:
Level -1
On this level, there is a large indoor pool (heated pool: 60€ per day), a Finnish sauna, a home theater, a pool table, a separate office area, a laundry room, a half-bath, and direct access to the garage.
Ground Floor
This floor features a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with built-in closets, and a bathroom with a shower. All rooms have direct access to the terrace, which features a large outdoor pool, a bathroom, a relaxation area, an outdoor kitchen, a barbecue area, and a garden with mature plants.
First Floor
Here you’ll find three bedrooms with built-in closets and three bathrooms. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool tub and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 also has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower. All bedrooms have direct access to the terrace, which offers stunning panoramic views of Calpe, the sea, and the famous Peñón de Ifach.
The property is equipped with underfloor heating, a home automation system, anti-theft shutters, an elevator connecting all floors, and air conditioning.
Outside, there is a parking space for 2 cars and an underground garage.
A damage deposit of €2,000 is required upon arrival. Payment must be made by credit card. The amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after checkout. The full amount of the deposit will be refunded to the credit card after the condition of the accommodation has been checked.
The accommodation features an indoor pool. If the guest requests it, the pool heating can be turned on; the cost of heating the pool is 60 € per day.
At check-in, you must present a valid photo ID and a credit card. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU Regulation 2016/679) and the regulations regarding digital guest registration (2024), the company reserves the right to make a copy of the identification document for the purpose of completing the digital registration.
Guests will receive a rental agreement that they must sign and return to the property before their arrival. If guests do not receive the contract in time, they should call the property’s management company at the phone number listed in the booking confirmation.
