The living room and one bedroom open onto a terrace with summer kitchen. It has all appliances for cooking, a refrigerator and, of course, a gas barbecue. An electrically extendable awning serves as sun protection. From this terrace a staircase leads down to the pool level. The pool is 9 x 4,5 m and gives you the feeling of swimming directly in the sea. On this level there is a separate bedroom with bathroom en suite. Also with high quality furnishings.
