Sleeping Arrangements:
Master Suite: Located at the far end of the house, featuring a queen mattress, a large dresser, a TV, and a walk-in closet. The adjacent main bathroom includes a beautiful tiled walk-in shower and a large vanity.
Guest Bedrooms (2): Each features a queen bed and a flat-screen TV, sharing a convenient Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.
Additional Sleeping: A queen sleeper sofa and a roll-away bed are available, allowing the home to comfortably accommodate up to nine people.

Guests will have private access to the entire 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom beach house. Enjoy seamless entry with our smart lock system. You'll have access to a private pool, perfect for a refreshing dip. Please note that the parking area and pool deck are shared spaces if both sides of the property are occupied simultaneously.
The host is available remotely via phone or message to assist with any questions or issues that may arise during your stay, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. We respect your privacy and will not be present at the property unless an emergency or maintenance issue requires our presence.
Please take note of the following important information to ensure a comfortable stay:
Noise Considerations: Even slight sounds between the '40 side's' den and bathroom can be heard from the '30 side's' master bathroom. For enhanced privacy, we recommend utilizing noise machines—one placed in the '40 side's' den and another in the '30 side's' master bathroom.
Separate Rentals: The two sides of this property rent separately.
Shared Spaces: The parking area and pool deck are shared spaces if both sides are occupied at the same time.
Construction Notice: Fmb Vaca Rentals manages individual rental units and is not responsible for any construction in neighboring units, surrounding areas, or on the beach. Following hurricanes Ian, Milton, and Helene, guests should anticipate ongoing construction throughout the island. This may include construction noise, nearby building projects, and increased traffic. Construction is beyond our control, and we will not be offering compensation or refunds due to these conditions. By booking, guests acknowledge and accept the possibility of construction-related impacts during their stay.
