The “Dünen-Cottage,” located at Landwehrdeich 51 in List on Sylt, combines comfort, spaciousness, and well-thought-out amenities in a quiet setting just a few minutes’ walk from the sandy North Sea beach. With 125 m² of living space spread over two floors and a total of five rooms, the house offers plenty of space for up to six people. Three separate bedrooms ensure privacy and relaxation after a day at the beach. Two modern bathrooms—each with a shower, sink, toilet, makeup mirror, and hair dryer—as well as an additional guest restroom round out the high level of comfort this accommodation offers.
The inviting living area features a cozy sofa corner, armchairs, a dresser, full-length mirror, digital TV (three sets in total), a selection of books and games, and a dining area with a large dining table. The installed heating system provides cozy warmth outside of the summer months. In addition, free Wi-Fi and internet access are available, so you’ll always stay connected during your stay.
The open-concept kitchen offers plenty of counter space and is fully equipped: a glass-ceramic stove, an electric oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a DeLonghi espresso machine, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a separate freezer are all provided. Kitchen utensils, a blender, and trash cans round out the amenities. Cook together with family or friends and enjoy your meals in the bright dining area or, on warm days, outdoors in the greenery.
The outdoor area offers you numerous opportunities for relaxation. The “Dünen-Cottage” features its own terrace with patio furniture and a view of the garden. A lawn for sunbathing, a garden with a beach chair, and a well-maintained green space are perfect for enjoying Sylt’s North Sea air, relaxing, or letting the children play safely. A private parking space is available on the property.
Additional amenities include a washer and dryer for your use, an ironing board and iron, a vacuum cleaner, and a clothes rack. A baby crib is also available.
