This beautiful semi-detached house with a thatched roof offers 115 m² of spacious living area for up to 6 people. Perched on a dune, the garden offers a breathtaking view of the Lister Watt. The location serves as a perfect starting point for easily reaching both the picturesque mudflats to the east and the lively downtown area of List on foot (about a 20-minute walk to Lister Harbor). On the first floor, you’ll find an open-concept living and dining area. The separate kitchen is fully equipped. A shower room is located right in the entryway of the house. The upper floor features two double bedrooms, a bedroom with two single beds, and another bathroom with natural light, complete with a shower and bathtub. The terrace, with its adjoining garden and a beach chair (seasonal), invites you to enjoy relaxing hours outdoors. Additionally, Wi-Fi and a washing machine are available for your use. Unfortunately, there is no designated parking space. Free public parking is available right on the street in front of the house. Pets are warmly welcome here, so your four-legged friend can feel right at home, too. Spend your days exploring the charming town of List and the island of Sylt, and round off your evenings with cozy moments in front of the fireplace.

PLEASE NOTE: The beach section in Mannemorsumtal is scheduled for renovation between March and October 2026 and will therefore be partially or completely closed. We cannot rule out some disruption caused by the construction work. Construction-related noise is to be expected.
