The approximately 110 m² vacation home "Lieblingsort" accommodates up to 6 people and is situated in an absolutely quiet location in List on Sylt. Enjoy a relaxing vacation in this charming semi-detached house, which spans three levels and delights guests with its inviting atmosphere. On the first floor, you’ll find an open, light-filled living area with a cozy sofa section, dining area, and TV—the perfect spot for relaxing evenings after an eventful day. Spend sunny hours on the south-facing terrace with a garden, patio furniture, and a beach chair, and enjoy relaxing moments in the fresh North Sea air. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for cooking together. A shower room completes this level. On the first floor, you’ll find two spacious double bedrooms—one with a balcony—as well as another shower room. In the attic, you’ll find another double bedroom. The vacation home features free Wi-Fi, a private parking space, and additional free public parking on the street. Pets are welcome.
