This comfortable and stylish 82 m² beach villa offers a bright and well-equipped stay for up to 6 guests. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living area, private garden, and access to nearby facilities, it is an excellent choice for a relaxing beach holiday with family or friends.Living area: The bright and spacious living room features a predominantly white interior and large windows, creating an open atmosphere with a strong connection to the outdoors. The comfortable seating area is ideal for relaxed evenings after a day at the beach.Dining area: The dining area is located next to the living space and offers a pleasant setting for long dinners, shared breakfasts, or quiet moments.Kitchen: The open kitchen is well equipped with a modern cooktop, spacious refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, and kettle, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay.Bedrooms: The villa has three comfortable bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom. On the first floor, there are two additional bedrooms, both furnished with 160x200 cm double beds. One of these bedrooms also has a TV.Bathrooms: The ground-floor en-suite bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and sink, ideal for relaxing after a day by the sea. A second bathroom with a shower and sink is located on the first floor. There are separate toilets on both floors for added convenience.Outdoor space: The garden feels like an extension of the living area. Arrival is possible daily, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals are required during holiday periods.Full payment is required in advance.Check-in starts at 4 p.m. On departure day, the house must be vacated by 9:30 a.m., and the key must be returned to the same location where it was collected.If a baby cot is provided, please bring your own bed linen, as it is not supplied.In most cases, bed linen and towels are included. Please check your booking to confirm if this applies.Any overnight guests must be registered in advance and can only stay with approval. Additional charges for bed linen and tourist tax will apply.Pets are not allowed.Groups of young people are not permitted.Business bookings are available upon request.Due to construction work at the park, we offer an additional discount. There may be limited inconvenience, mainly on working days. This is in the period up to and including June 2026 and from Sept to May 2027.
