With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a bright living area, air conditioning in all bedrooms and a relaxing garden, it is a great choice for families or friends looking for a carefree beach holiday.Living area: The spacious and bright living room has a warm and inviting atmosphere, with a comfortable seating area, television, and atmospheric gas fireplace. It is a pleasant place to relax after a day at the beach.Dining area: The dining area offers a comfortable setting for shared meals, relaxed breakfasts, or evenings together.Kitchen: The open kitchen is fully equipped with a modern cooktop, a spacious refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a combi-microwave, and a dishwasher. Coffee lovers can choose between a filter coffee maker and a Senseo or Nespresso machine, while tea can easily be prepared with the electric kettle.Bedrooms: The holiday home has three bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed and direct access to an en-suite bathroom. Arrival is possible daily, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals are required during holiday periods.Full payment is required in advance.Check-in starts at 4 p.m. On departure day, the house must be vacated by 9:30 a.m., and the key must be returned to the same location where it was collected.If a baby cot is provided, please bring your own bed linen, as it is not supplied.In most cases, bed linen and towels are included. Please check your booking to confirm if this applies.Any overnight guests must be registered in advance and can only stay with approval. Additional charges for bed linen and tourist tax will apply.Pets are not allowed.Groups of young people are not permitted.Business bookings are available upon request.
