With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious enclosed garden and room for up to 6 guests, it is an excellent choice for families, friends and guests travelling with pets who want to enjoy a relaxing beach holiday on the Dutch coast.Living area: The bright living room has a warm and inviting atmosphere, with a comfortable corner sofa and an atmospheric fireplace. It is a pleasant place to relax after a day at the beach or enjoy a cozy movie night together.Dining area: The dining area connects directly to the living room and kitchen, creating an open and social space for shared meals and relaxed moments with family or friends.Kitchen: The open kitchen is fully equipped with a cooktop, combi-microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and toaster. For coffee, guests can use a filter coffee maker or Nespresso machine, while a kettle is available for tea.Bedrooms: The holiday home has three bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom, ideal for guests who prefer fewer stairs. On the first floor, there is a spacious bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed with two separate mattresses and a wardrobe. The third bedroom, also on the first floor, has two 80x200 cm single beds and a storage cabinet, making it suitable for children or friends.Bathrooms: There are two bathrooms. The ground-floor bedroom has direct access to a bathroom with a walk-in shower and sink. A second bathroom with a shower and sink is located on the first floor.Toilets: There is a separate toilet on both floors for added convenience.Practical amenities: A washing machine and dryer are available in the accommodation, making the home especially practical for families, longer stays, or beach holidays.Outdoor space: The fully enclosed garden offers a safe and pleasant place for children and pets, as well as plenty of space to relax outdoors. Arrival is possible daily, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals are required during holiday periods.Full payment is required in advance.Check-in starts at 4 p.m. On departure day, the house must be vacated by 9:30 a.m., and the key must be returned to the same location where it was collected.If a baby cot is provided, please bring your own bed linen, as it is not supplied.In most cases, bed linen and towels are included. Please check your booking to confirm if this applies.Any overnight guests must be registered in advance and can only stay with approval. Additional charges for bed linen and tourist tax will apply.A maximum of 2 pets is allowed per stay.Groups of young people are not permitted.Business bookings are available upon request.
