With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, modern amenities, a spacious terrace and a fully fenced garden, it is a pleasant choice for families, friends and guests travelling with pets who want to enjoy the Zeeland coast.Living area: The bright and spacious living room offers a comfortable seating area with television, creating a pleasant place to relax after a day at the beach. During colder months, the pellet stove adds warmth and a cozy atmosphere.Dining area: The dining area is located next to the kitchen and offers a welcoming space to enjoy meals together.Kitchen: The open kitchen is fully equipped with a cooktop, combi-microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. A filter coffee maker and electric kettle are also available for coffee and tea during your stay.Bedrooms: The holiday home has three bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed and direct access to an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms: one with a 160x200 cm double bed and one with two 80x200 cm single beds.Bathrooms: There are two bathrooms. The en-suite bathroom on the ground floor is connected to the bedroom. Arrival is possible daily, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals are required during holiday periods.Full payment is required in advance.Check-in starts at 4 p.m. On departure day, the house must be vacated by 9:30 a.m., and the key must be returned to the same location where it was collected.If a baby cot is provided, please bring your own bed linen, as it is not supplied.In most cases, bed linen and towels are included. Please check your booking to confirm if this applies.Any overnight guests must be registered in advance and can only stay with approval. Additional charges for bed linen and tourist tax will apply.Pets are not allowed.Groups of young people are not permitted.Business bookings are available upon request.
