Welcome to Tides Edge, a relaxed coastal retreat in the heart of Capel Sound, just moments from the shoreline. Perfect for families or small groups, this thoughtfully designed three-bedroom home offers space, comfort, and an easy beachside lifestyle, with a secure yard and everything you need for a laid-back coastal escape.
The home features light-filled living across two levels, with separate upstairs and downstairs lounge areas, each equipped with a Smart TV—ideal for giving everyone their own space to unwind. A well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need for your stay, whether it’s a quick breakfast before the beach or a relaxed dinner at home. With heating and cooling throughout, comfort is assured year-round.
Bedding Configuration
Master Bedroom (Upstairs): King bed
Bedroom 2: Two king single beds + one king single trundle
Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): Queen bed
Two central bathrooms, one on each level, service the home with ease and convenience.
Outdoors, a secure and fully enclosed yard makes this property ideal for families and those travelling with one well-behaved dog (subject to approval). A double garage provides secure parking and added peace of mind.
Perfectly positioned just steps from the beach, Tides Edge allows you to fully embrace the Mornington Peninsula lifestyle. Spend your days by the water, exploring nearby cafés and coastal walks, or simply relaxing at home in this comfortable seaside escape.
We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
Sorry no bucks, hens and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
