Guest Access:

You have the entire house and the fenced backyard to yourselves. Nothing on the property is shared.



Getting Around:

Bring a car — this is a residential subdivision and everything is a drive. LEGOLAND is 20 to 30 minutes east, Disney about 30, Tampa and its airport 45 to 60 west, and the Gulf beaches 75 to 90. Parking is free and fits multiple vehicles.



Other Things to Note:

Exterior security cameras are installed on the property. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are in place. Twelve guests maximum. Please review the house rules before booking.



Interaction with Guests:

Self check-in, so you arrive on your own schedule — x on the method. We reply to messages quickly, usually within the hour, throughout your stay.
