Summary:
Wonderful open space to host a large family getaway. Two homes on two lots will allow you to enjoy large family get togethers. Covered patio area and open side lot available to you as well.
The Space:
If you're looking to find a place for a family get together this is definitely your spot. This lovely property features 3 Bedrooms in the main home, with 1.5 bathrooms, as well as a rear two story unit. The lower apartment has a king sized bed in an open floor plan with a full bathroom for your enjoyment. There is a small fridge, microwave and coffee pot available. Large screen TV's in almost every room of the property will serve all of your TV watching needs. All TV's are smart and streaming cable along with local cable TV.
Please Note: The loft area above the studio is rented out long term and is not included in the reservation.
Guest Access:
You will have access to all areas of the home including expansive parking up to 6 vehicles. Also huge side yard with plenty of room to play outdoor games.
The Neighborhood:
This wonderful neighborhood is blocks from the Lake Hollingsworth as well as shopping and restaurants.
4 blocks from beautiful Lake Hollingsworth and only a mile away from Florida Southern College.
Getting Around:
This is a very walkable area. You are blocks away from restaurants, grocery stores and other retail outlets. It is a short walk to Lake Hollingsworth.

**Pet policy**:
🐾 Please make sure to register your furry friend and pay the pet fee before check-in. 🐶 If this isn’t done, we may have to cancel your booking and ask you to leave without a refund. ❌ For more details, please check our pet policy. 📜
Excessive barking: 🐶 We kindly ask that you manage your dog’s barking. If there are any complaints, we may need to ask you to board your dog or find alternative arrangements.
**Events**:
🎉 We don’t allow parties, but we don’t mind hosting certain events with prior arrangement before booking. Event fees are negotiable on a case-by-case basis, so feel free to ask! 😊 Please note, unapproved events will incur additional charges, including any extra cleanup fees. 💵

The property was very clean, anything that came up as an issue was handled within only a few hours. Great host, very responsive. Would stay again.

Excellent location with beautiful views. Only complaint was major construction going on the building specifically on our patio. Manager did let us know prior but it was too late to change unit or plans. He did compensate us for the inconvenience which was very kind. A lot of add on fees besides the nightly rate. We still enjoy our visit and had a great time.

The house was roomy, clean. No seating available on deck we brought a couple camp chairs and made do. With 14 adults a half bath would have been helpful. But we were family and had a great time!
