Not as advertised on VRBO. Not BRAND NEW house! When we finally got into the house there were bugs on the wall in the master bedroom, after checking everything, the window was wide open and there is no screens in the windows as it was wide open. The garage door is broke, does not close all the way, so no wonder there are bugs and critters all in the place. There were Spiders in the showers. First full day there, whoever manages the place has someone pressure washing the fence as it was moldy. That was noisy. Second day, we were interrupted by the pest control person who was there to spray for bugs, well I already did that inside. The place just was not as advertised. I felt it had the look and feel of the full time renters just moved out. Broken furniture that has not been taken care of, dirty inside trash can last people must have melted ice cream on the bottom of the can. I can go on and on but overall we stayed for the Four days we paid for. Live and Learn.
