Come discover our cozy vacation home right behind the dike in Fedderwardersiel. Just 500 meters from the house is the picturesque fishing harbor, where you can buy freshly caught crabs or take a boat tour.
This single-story row bungalow not only offers you a high level of comfort but also a garden surrounded by a privacy hedge for relaxing outdoors. Enjoy the absolute peace and tranquility while the children play safely in the garden.
Right nearby is the North Sea lagoon, accessible regardless of the tide, featuring a vast sandy beach and a beach bar. Here you can enjoy the fresh North Sea air and spend exciting days by the water. Water sports such as SUP, kayaking, or kitesurfing are available right on your doorstep. With a network of bike paths spanning approximately 250 kilometers, the Butjadingen Peninsula offers a wide range of options for bike tours along the water.
The bungalow features a large living area with a fully equipped open kitchen (including a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, microwave, pad coffee maker, drip coffee maker, and dishwasher) and a cozy dining area. The living room is furnished with two leather sofas and a TV armchair and features a large swivel flat-screen TV, free
Wi-Fi, a DVD and Blu-ray player, and a stereo system with CD and radio. A large window wall ensures a sun-drenched living area and a beautiful view of the green garden. On the large terrace, you can enjoy the sunshine in a setting sheltered from the wind and prying eyes. A Weber charcoal grill is available here. Thanks to the dense hedge and the lockable garden gate, children can play freely in a safe environment. The garden also offers a sheltered environment for dogs.
The bedrooms (sleeping a total of 4 adults plus one toddler) are equipped with spacious closets. The first bedroom features a large double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds (an additional toddler travel crib is available). Each single bed is equipped with a safety rail to prevent children from falling out. A selection of board games and DVDs is available for entertaining evenings. If needed, you can set up a travel crib. The shower room features a shower entrance that is not at ground level but is still quite shallow, and it is lit by natural light from the skylight. All rooms are equipped with room thermostats that allow you to adjust the temperature individually. A parking space right next to the house ensures a stress-free arrival at your vacation destination.
