A vacation home in a quiet location for up to 4 people, featuring a fenced-in garden, a fireplace, a patio, and dog-friendly accommodations. This non-smoking home is located on a cul-de-sac, about 5 minutes from the dike. The “Ruhige Möwe” vacation home is quietly situated on a cul-de-sac at Krabbenweg 15 in Fedderwardersiel and offers space for up to 4 people in its approximately 78 m² of living space. The approximately 515 m² property is fully fenced, and the garden is not visible from the outside—ideal for guests who value privacy or are traveling with a dog.
The house has two bedrooms with a total of four single beds. In one bedroom, the beds are separate; in the second bedroom, the single beds are pushed together and can be used as a double bed.
The living and dining area is comfortably furnished and equipped with seating, a wood-burning stove, Wi-Fi, a radio, and a CD player. The adjoining kitchen features a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, Senseo, electric kettle, and toaster.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink. A washing machine is also available for guests.
Outside, there is a patio with patio furniture, lounge chairs, an awning, and a grill. The fully fenced-in yard offers plenty of privacy and is particularly well-suited for guests with dogs. A private parking space is available right next to the property.
The house is a smoke-free home. Up to two dogs are welcome. Please note that dogs are permitted only in the lower living area and are not allowed upstairs or in the beds.
For families, a high chair, a crib, and board games are provided.

A security deposit of 200 € must be paid upon arrival.
Electricity (€0.45 per kWh) and water (€6.50 per m³) are billed based on usage and deducted from the security deposit upon departure.

In the outdoor area of the property (gate and parking lot), there is a video surveillance camera to secure the property. The recordings are automatically deleted after 24 hours. The “Ruhige Möwe” vacation home is located in Fedderwarder, at Krabbenweg 15, on a quiet cul-de-sac. The surrounding area is characterized by tranquility and proximity to nature. The dike is about a 5-minute walk away. Shopping options and tourist attractions are located in the immediate vicinity and are easily accessible by car.
