About this house rental
The cute Nurdachhaus is located in a dead end in the popular North Sea resort Fedderwardersiel, which is located directly behind the dike near the shrimp fishing port and the marina. The North Sea resort of Burhave can be reached in about 5 minutes by car.
The house has 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds in the upper floor, the upper floor can be reached via a space-saving staircase. On the ground floor there is also a single room. From the double bedroom, you have access to a small balcony.
In addition to the spacious living room, which offers a nice large separate dining area, there is a small fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, microwaves / convection oven and dishwasher, and a shower room on the ground floor.
Numerous shopping facilities and restaurants in Butjadingen-Burhave, the North Sea Lagoon and the play barn in Burhave or the Friesenstarnd in Tossens will not leave you bored.
From 1. 1.2020 the billing of the additional costs after consumption at departure: Water: 7 € per m³, electricity 50ct per kw / h
Tourist tax / guest contribution is to be paid locally:
01. April - 31. October (per night and person)
2,30 Euro adults and children (from 13 years)
1,50 Euro children (3 - 12 years)

Das Haus war innen wirklich sauber, der Außenbereich etwas vernachlässigt. Der zuständige Mitarbeiter vor Ort telefonisch sofort erreichbar sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ich habe alles so vorgefunden wie es beschrieben war. Budjadingen ist toll für Familien mit Kindern, sehr gut ausgeschilderte Radstrecken und verschiedene Freizeitangebote lassen keine Langeweile aufkommen. Mir hat es dort sehr gut gefallen und möchte auf jeden Fall meinen nächsten Urlaub wieder dort verbringen

In einer ruhigen Sackgasse gelegen genießt man hier die Ruhe pur… direkt in Deichnähe, zartes Schafe-Blöken inkl.! Ein uriges Häuschen mit allem, was man für ein paar Tage Erholung an der See braucht…

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit diesem Ferienhaus, es bietet ausreichend Platz und ist auch von der Ausstattung her mit allem bestückt was man benötigen könnte. Der SAT Empfang ist grausig aber das macht der Vermieter mit einem Netflix Gastzugang weg - für uns perfekt. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und auch nicht direkt einsehbar vom Weg aus, was uns immer wichtig ist. Man kann zu Fuß schön zum Fischereihafen spazieren (lecker Fischbrötchen) oder einfach die Schafe auf dem Deich besuchen gehen (das Highlight unserer Tochter). Alles in allem der perfekte Ort um ein wenig neue Energie zu sammeln :)

Die online Fotos spiegeln nicht die ganze Realität wieder. Kein Foto vom viel zu kleinen Badezimmer und Küche. Betten lassen zu wünschen übrig. An sonsten, man kann dort Urlaub machen aber in dem Haus ist es besser nur zu zweit!
