Welcome to Beachcomber North, a beautifully designed coastal retreat offering comfort, space, and easy access to both the beach and sound. This thoughtfully laid-out duplex features a reverse, open floor plan—perfect for gathering and enjoying time together.
Top Floor (Main Living Area):
Great Room: The bright and airy great room includes a large sectional sofa, ideal for relaxing after a day in the sun.
Kitchen: The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including:
• oven
• microwave
• refrigerator
• two dishwashers
• standalone icemaker
A convenient kitchen island serves the dual purpose of a prep area and breakfast bar (seating for four).
Dining Area: The dining area seats six, with a nearby half bath for added convenience.
Outdoors: Step outside to a covered porch with outdoor dining, plus an additional furnished sun deck.
Lower Level (Bedroom Level):
Relax and unwind in one of the three bedrooms, each featuring a private bath, so everyone has space to rejuvenate.
