The ground level of this home is where you will find Bedroom #1 with a queen bed, games, a Smart TV, DVD player, Bluetooth Sound System, and a full bathroom.
Level one has the other three bedrooms. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, Smart TV, and deck access. Bedroom #3 has a Twin/Double Bunk Set, Smart TV, and DVD player. Both of these two rooms share a full bathroom. Bedroom #4 is the master bedroom with a king bed, Smart TV, deck access, and a private bathroom.
Level two is the great room including the living room, dining area, and kitchen, as well as an additional half bathroom.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! No Cats. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.
Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 2 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.

The house fit our family’s needs perfectly! The living room was spacious and cozy—ideal for relaxing together. We especially loved the pool and jacuzzi, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The quiet neighborhood was a big plus, offering a peaceful atmosphere throughout our stay.The beach is close enough to walk or drive easily, and it’s a great spot to spend the day. Overall, it was a comfortable, well-located home that made our trip truly special. We’d love to come back.
