Oceanfront Escape at "WaitnSea" - Your Emerald Isle Retreat
Discover the allure of coastal living at "WaitnSea," a beautifully updated four-bedroom, two-bathroom oceanfront half-duplex. This inviting home offers the perfect backdrop for memorable family vacations or a serene remote work environment with unparalleled ocean views.
Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of the Atlantic, just steps from your door. Remodeled between 2017-2019, "WaitnSea" features a stylish and functional interior. The open dining and living spaces showcase a gorgeous white kitchen with granite countertops and updated appliances, complemented by a calming neutral décor and continuous LVP flooring. Thoughtfully furnished throughout, the home provides both comfort and elegance.
The layout includes a convenient first-level bedroom and full bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find three additional comfortable bedrooms, including two oceanfront rooms with direct access to the expansive upper-level covered deck. Imagine unwinding each evening with breathtaking ocean vistas. A second full bathroom is also located on this level.
Enjoy the coastal breeze and stunning scenery from two levels of covered oceanfront decks – ideal for morning coffee, afternoon relaxation, or evening stargazing. Situated in the quiet Shell Cove neighborhood, "WaitnSea" offers a peaceful ambiance while providing easy access to local conveniences. Located directly across from the NC Wildlife public boat ramp, it's a prime spot for boating enthusiasts. Enjoy daily walks (or rent bikes for your visit from a local shop for leisurely bike rides) along the Emerald Isle bike path that connects you to the shops, restaurants, and amenities of the town center.
Welcoming Your Well-Behaved Dogs:
Up to two well-behaved dogs may join your stay for an additional fee ($150 for the first dog, $75 for the second). We ask that you crate your dog if left unattended, ensure all waste is properly disposed of, and keep them off of the furniture, beds and the dunes. In accordance with local regulations, dogs must be leashed at all times.
Reservation Details:
A rental agreement outlining the terms of your stay will be provided for your review and acceptance after the initial booking, granting you access to the property.

We had a wonderful stay! The home is beautiful, right on the ocean with amazing views. It was exceptionally clean and one of the best-stocked vacation rentals we’ve stayed in. The kitchen had excellent cookware and everything we needed to prepare meals comfortably. Communication with the host was outstanding—responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway.

What a gem! We will definitely be back. The location was perfect and this house had everything we could possibly want. The hosts have so generously apportioned this home that we didn’t need the items we often have to bring and chances are if you forgot something, they have it available. We love to cook and that was another big plus. They had it all! Thanks Mandy and Beth!
