The delightful town of Newport is a short drive away and boasts the sandy beach of Traeth Mawr, along with a great selection of places to eat. Traeth Mawr is a wide, golden beach backed by dunes, ideal for swimming, family days out, and water sports including surfing and paddleboarding. On the other side of the estuary, The Parrog offers a more sheltered setting with a charming harbour, perfect for crabbing, kayaking, and enjoying relaxed waterside walks.
Visitors can enjoy a mix of independent boutiques, galleries, and cosy cafés, perfect for a leisurely afternoon browse.
