Step up to the front door and inside this impressive property. Its bright and spacious lounge has an array of seating and a Smart TV for cosy nights at home, while bi-fold doors can be fully opened to the deck outside and its incredible views. The kitchen/diner includes a dining table, sofa and plenty of cupboard space, as well as all the appliances you’ll need for holiday cooking. It’s complemented by a utility room with laundry facilities. The first of the king-size bedrooms is also on the ground floor, benefiting from sea views, ample storage and an en-suite shower room. Upstairs, the sweet twin room has a sloping ceiling, plus an en-suite shower, while the fabulous king-size has a high, apex ceiling, yet more sea views, and makes use of the separate bathroom. Experience that true holiday feeling as you lounge on the deck, relishing the views over the waves to Cardigan Island. Alternatively, enjoy a meal at the picnic bench by the kitchen doors, and let children play on the lawn (not enclosed). There’s private parking right outside this property.
Located in the village of Gwbert, the house is just 0.5 miles from a family-run hotel with a spa, restaurant, bar and nine-hole golf course. Fabulous Poppit Sands beach is 6.5 miles, while Aberporth, Tresaith and Newport are all within 16 miles. In the historic town of Cardigan, 3.5 miles, you’ll find a Medieval castle as well as a choice of shops and places to eat.
