Fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, plush king-size bed & laundry room.
Follow the peaceful bush track past Cape Mentelle & Xanadu Vineyards into town, then return to watch the sunset at Surfers Point or relax with a glass of wine on the deck.
Quiet, convenient, and surrounded by nature - the perfect Margaret River getaway.
A private and peaceful one-bedroom cottage, perfectly positioned for the best of both worlds.
Enjoy a true rural getaway while being just minutes from Margaret River town, world-class wineries, and pristine beaches.
Surrounded by nature yet conveniently close to everything the region has to offer - the ideal spot to relax and explore.
The entire cottage & grassed area overlooking the bush.

There is another small house at the back of the property that is privately tenanted. They have a very friendly Golden Labrador Retriever called Bowie. Feel free to give him a pat and say hello.
Semi rural neighbourhood, large properties and surrounding bushland.
Private vehicle, mountain biking, E bike or on foot. Please let me know if you need any private charter company info.
There are chickens in a fenced area & one friendly dog on the property. Please keep the front gate to the driveway entrance closed at all times.
Firepits are NOT permitted at any time during the Prohibited Burning Period, which typically runs from December to April. These dates are subject to change according to seasonal conditions, please check with your host. Firewood can be purchased from the local Better Choice service station in Margaret River.
