The peace and tranquility the location and the space the fence and room for our dog to run and the hosts

Beautiful park like aspect. King size bed was comfortable.
No ability to cook in doors other than by microwave. A BBQ was available. No washing machine. No comfortable in door lounge chair. Loud rooster.
