In a prime oceanfront location situated at Prevelly beach in the heart of the Margaret River wine region. Free Wi-Fi.
Romantic setting for couples.
Open plan living lounge, 2 seater lounge, TV/DVD, cafe table and chairs inside and out-side. Separate spacious bathroom with deep oval spa bath and separate shower. Quality furnishings and fittings. Reverse cycle-heating/cooling, heat lamps in bathroom, and personal safe.
Kitchenette has Fridge with freezer, Microwave. A De Longhi Nespresso coffee pod machine. Electric kettle and Toaster.
All types of Dining/Kitchen ware, various accessories such as platters, cook-ware and utensils. Wine and champagne glasses.
Own private courtyard has a Mediterranean kitchenette also with Electric Frying pan, accessories and utensils.. BBQ is gas, complete with comfortable table and chairs.

You cannot be closer to the beaches, surf spots or the walk trails. No need to drive or walk to the beach to see awesome Sunsets...You can enjoy your own private front row seats... and maybe enjoy your own romantic Sunset dinner.

From out front of the Villa...Prevelly Beach, good for swimming.
Take a short walk along the ocean path to the White Elephant Cafe at Gnarabup beach. Or Sea Garden Cafe is about 200 meters from the opposite the entrance to our Street (this is a short street with a cul-de-sac, so limited traffic).
Come and enjoy this unique Margaret River experience.. Award-winning wineries and various attractions are all close by... within a short drive.
The Neighbourhood...An Overview
In front of the Villa it is also very good for... swimming, snorkeling and walking along the Cape to Cape Trail. The iconic world renown Surfers Point and the three main surfing breaks are also in front of the Villa just a short stroll away.
The still mornings are perfect for all land or water activities and the late afternoons bring in soft cool breezes to cool you in the summer months.
Sea Garden Cafe... open early until late and Prevelly shop and liqueur store are situated very close to the Villa... about 200 meters walk from the Villa.
From out front of the Villa... to the a short walk along the ocean path to the White Elephant Cafe at Gnarabup beach.
Come and enjoy this unique Margaret River experience.. Award-winning wineries and various attractions are all close by... within a short drive.
Other things to Note
Guests access the property via off street parking (for one car) and own entrance. Key safe with code allows guests access any time so as no need to contact us for access on arrival. Guests have their own space and privacy. No amenities or areas are shared within their apartment.
We respect the privacy of our guests and we will only make contact if we are needed. We are available for all your needs or any info we can offer you. We are available for contact anytime on our mobile: 0400 046 564 and we will respond asap.
A car is need to explore the region. Sorry, there is no public transport. Taxis are available.
N. B. Only sleeps two (2) persons in one queen-size bed. School holidays/Christmas/long Weekends/Special events have a higher tariff.
Minimum nights apply: Christmas/New Year 7 nights; Easter 4 nights; Long Weekends/special Events 3 nights.Tariff is the aforementioned times of the year. It is a peak tariff. We do not accept check ins or check outs...24, 25, 26, 31 December or 1 and 2 January.

We accept and welcome "one Small less than 10 kilos, "well behaved dog" on request. Please contact us to confirm. There is a fee per stay for your dog.
We need to know the breed, age and size of your dog? So as we can let you know if you and your dog will be comfortable in this accommodation.
N.B. If any guest(s) arrive with a dog without prior acknowledgement or confirmation that their dog can stay…the booking will become invalid with no refund.
With respect for our neighbourhood. Please respect the quiet time between 10.00pm and 8.00 am. Excessive noise is prohibited.
Please can you report any faults, damage, breakages or problem to us as soon as possible. We will come to your assistance asap, thank you.

The description is very accurate. This is a very small bed-sit with limited, outside cooking facilities. If you are looking for a place to sit and relax with a good book and some lovely wine, perhaps a larger place might be in order. If you are looking for a place to base yourself in this wonderful natural area whilst out and about enjoying what it has to offer, then it is perfect.We spent an extended period, whilst enjoying the Cape to Cape walk and the various other wonderful places on offer nearby. It was a comfortable place to come back to after our daily excursions and exertions.The outside cooking facilities were utilised most evenings, with lovely views of the ever-changing sunsets to match our food. Only one evening where rain and a westerly wind made it impossible to it outside and have a pleasant outdoor meal.Our hosts were quick to answer any queries and very helpful without being intrusive.We enjoyed ourselves very much.

Great location, lovely host and good comms. This place is well set up for short breaks and has everything you need, comfy bed, good shower and fab bbq. We will be back!

Great location, very clean and well equipped for small accommodation. Not sure you could really sit indoors comfortably if bad weather but luckily the weather was superb during our stay so spent all our time outside.

The hosts were absolutely terrific before we got there and after. Nothing was too much for them - every query answered - THANK YOU. What was deceiving was the picture of the apartment. Looks like you are absolutely sitting across from the water when actually you are not. That is what attracted me to this place. I would also have preferred to have the washing up of dishes etc. inside the apartment not in the courtyard. If you were not on the bed, there was no where to relax on some comfy outdoor lounge. Other than that, overall okay. kf
