lovely place. spacious rooms and overall a very pleasant stay. Enjoyed cooking and eating with the family in the house. Enjoyed the nights watching netflix movies. View was very nice while eating and enjoyiing the view. Good place to stay indeed
a few things could have been improved. Some of the movable heaters were not very effective. Some rooms were cold as a result. No hair dryer for master bedroom and we had to share with the other toilet. Some lights at the BBQ area and in living room were not working.

Beautiful location only 5 kms from town, close to wineries, the beach and all the caves. A really comfortable well appointed home, open fire, private setting

The house was beautiful and spacious
Only provided basic amenities. There was no trash bags and tissues and we ended up having to purchase from the grocery. We were asked to leave the trash in the trash bin before we leave but how are suppose to do that when we’re not provided with the bags.
It was a nice house suitable for big family but I still prefer dealing with a private Airbnb rather than an accommodation operated by agency company.

Location was great very convenient for our holiday
Unfortunately when we arrived there was a very bad smell in the laundry and several lights were not working. I contacted people looking after the property and they came straight away but the smell is something in the roof space that is rotting and according to agents can’t be taken care of.
While lights were fixed the smell was very strong and spoiled our stay especially as we were in the bedroom down that end of the house and there was no escaping this . We feel that you can’t expect visitors to put up with this it felt unhealthy to be breathing this obnoxious rotting smell .
The house feels like it’s been coupled together on a very tight budget with stained sofa and strange furnishings I’m sorry it’s not working for me as somewhere I can recommend or return to , it could be so much better !
