The hotel is new and the bathroom is clean. Unfortunately, these are probably the only positive points I can mention about this stay.
The room layout is not well designed. The bathroom is surprisingly spacious, with separate areas for showering, using the toilet and brushing your teeth, but the sleeping area is quite cramped. There is only one small bedside table and limited access to power outlets, even though the room has two beds.
The biggest issue is the soundproofing — or rather, the lack of it. The hotel is extremely poorly soundproofed. We could clearly hear people talking in the hallway and in neighbouring rooms, as well as traffic noise from the street, which made us unable to have smooth sleep during the stay.
I booked a “hill view” room, but it was actually a street view, overlooking the road directly in front of the hotel, so it was quite noisy. When I asked the staff about this, I was told that “hill view” simply means a room facing the road. So if you are expecting a nice view, don’t. This room type was also priced higher than the usual rate, which made me feel quite misled.
Breakfast was another disappointment. There was only one noodle/soup dish, sandwiches, sweet potatoes, bananas, coffee and tea. The choices were very limited considering the price of the room.
The staff were also not particularly helpful. During both check-in and check-out, there was no assistance offered with our luggage. I understand that this is a small hotel, but at the very least, staff could offer to help and let guests decide whether they need assistance. It’s a small gesture, but it makes a difference in terms of hospitality.
Overall, I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel. For the price, there are definitely better options available.

The staff were polite and courteous. The room was very clean, spacious, well-ventilated, and modern. The Wi-Fi was stable and reliable. Breakfast was quite simple, consisting of one main dish, either pho or bun. This was not really a plus. Overall, a highly recommended place.
