    We had great time in hotel. The service was really nice from receptionists to kitchen staff. Good breakfast served and the room was cleaned everyday. Staff was so helpful to get room earlier and solved the problems quickly. Friendly and lovely service. Thanks so much

    Hotel location is good, not central but easily accessible. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Some flaws within the room - no plug sockets near the bed to use and the sink in the bathroom was not even so wobbled easily! Not clear on which rooms have air con too when you book, so if you visit in summer like I did in July check, we booked a 2-bed room as well for our friends but it did not have air con - and having the balcony door open to cool was alright, but the whole balcony was shared with two other rooms which was odd as anyone can come in. Says they have a gym online their website but isn’t the case, it’s just used as storage for the hotel. New hotel, but some of the construction wasn’t finished in places, looks rushed. Soundproofing is extremely poor, can hear anyone and everything. Especially when people can’t read numbers and try tapping their hotel room card on rooms that aren’t theirs, setting off alarms and loud noises. Could spend £20 odd more per night to stay in a 5* hotel which is worth it over this.
