    If you’re planning to stay at this hotel, please don’t book the cheap room, especially room B201. Honestly, this room completely ruined the start of my trip to Dalat. I came here to relax and enjoy my holiday, but after just one night, I was already thinking about leaving Dalat early in the morning and going home. I literally lost all my mood to continue my vacation. The room smelled really bad — like a clogged toilet or sewage smell — and the smell simply wouldn’t go away even after they sprayed air freshener. It was so unpleasant that staying inside the room made me feel suffocated and uncomfortable. What’s even more disappointing is that the receptionist seemed to already know about the smell. Before we checked in, he entered the room and sprayed fragrance, which made me feel like this was already an existing problem. The room was also not properly cleaned. The floor was visibly dirty, and there was rubbish left inside the drawer under the TV. The bedsheet also didn’t seem to have been changed properly. That said, I do want to give credit where it’s due. One of the receptionists working the day shift was very good, friendly and attentive, and he genuinely tried to be helpful. The breakfast was also simple but surprisingly delicious. Overall, I really hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously because the room condition and smell can completely affect a guest’s experience. I came to Dalat for a holiday, but after one night in this room, all I could think about was leaving early.

    I think I was tempted to book because of the heavy camera filters that made it look nice. It's not very nice, and the staff are not professional, it's a bunch of guys sitting around joking and laughing, I think they need real hotel staff. They put me in the wrong room category originally and they were very confused about it, it got frustrating, probably because they have all these listings on Agoda for the same property that they are trying to manage. Would definitely not stay here again.
