The Space:
Next to the beach and provides many amenities for a memorable vacation getaway including a private outdoor pool, cabana, bocce ball, cornhole, basketball hoop, pool table, an upright piano in the main living space, 3 soft surfboards, 1 stand-up paddleboard, boogie boards, bicycles, and beach chairs! Within a short 30-minute drive, you'll have access to a plethora of attractions, such as Atlantic Fun Park and Apex Entertainment Virginia Beach. Motorworld has exciting activities for the whole family, such as go-carts, paintball, and mini-golf. The open floor plan is bright and airy, with cathedral ceilings, large east and west-facing decks, a screened porch overlooking the backyard pool and cabana bar, and two levels of living space, allowing plenty of room to unwind and relax. The kitchen is well equipped and offers plenty of cabinets and counter space for meal prepping and food storage. There is a dining table close to the kitchen, bar seating, and a larger table for family-style meals that offers beautiful views of the ocean. Looking to dine alfresco? Indulge in dining by the pool, ocean, or on the lovely screened porch. The great room plays host to a large smart TV, piano, and games. The bedroom configurations easily accommodate larger families or for multi-generational families to share. Enjoy hours of inside fun in the converted garage/game room with a pool table as well as storage for your bring-a-longs. TVs in every room and WiFi keep everyone entertained during downtime. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Sandbridge beach was new to us. The house was great - lots of living space, amenities aplenty, wonderful decks, and access to the beach was super easy. The light in the house and the views outside were great, too.
The pool was a treat for us all. There were beds for each of us - 8 adults and 6 children. Definitely a good find.

The layout worked well for 3 families offering privacy from the outdoor decks to the pool area and the spacious bedrooms accommodated everyone comfortably. The only feature that might give some pause is the number of stairs from the entrance to get to the living/dining area and the steep stairs from the back screened porch to the pool. There are bikes (but one locked up about a mile away an had to be carried back as it was unable to be ridden.) The open concept house was comfortable all around, built in the 80’s (it seems), architectural in design which gives it character, offers a view of the ocean, with many large “picture” windows and situated in a beautiful area of homes, on a fairly quiet street one block from the beach with a very close walkway for beach access. The home’s pool is well cared for (although a bit on the small side)and has a bar area with a number of lounge chairs, outside table and chairs and gets good sun throughout the day. We had 2 cars and a truck that all parked easily. Some shrubs at the driveway entrance could be trimmed back as it was difficult to see bikes, cars or walkers when pulling out of the driveway. ( A safety concern.)

My family made so many memories! Loved the house , location, pool and the decks! Wonderful waking up to the great views and sounds of the waves crashing on the shore! We decided to rent the house again next summer!
