Enjoy Sandpiper Crossing with its featured quality amenities for your next family vacation in Sandbridge. This fabulous vacation home (3200 sqft) is situated on a wildlife canal that allows watersports, fishing, or just scenic viewing! It has a 18' x 32' private saltwater pool, sunken hot tub/spa that seats 6 and a 12' x 17' poolside cedar-lined cabana/sports bar complete with commercial ice maker (75 pounds per day), oversized 15 qt cooler to stock all of your refreshments and a 58” poolside LCD TV. There is an additional 10' x 14' granite bar that wraps around the covered Northside lower deck, which allows for a combined cabana/deck bar seating with 12 polywood stools overlooking the pool. This backyard entertainment area also offers a boat dock, two decks with lighted stairs, stainless-steel gas grill, 10 lounge chairs, 2 kid polywood chairs and table, an outdoor poolside hot/cold shower, a picnic table, and a play area with a pirate ship sandbox for smaller children.
Don't forget your kayaks, canoes, and paddle boards! With Sandbridge Crossing's convenient canal dock launch, you will be enjoying all water sports within minutes. No equipment? We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.

House is well maintained and any issues that came up were addressed very quickly. Very easy access to the bay, the floating is amazing and made it so easy to get in and out of our kayak. There unfortunately was a ton of flies outside which made it impossible to eat peacefully outside but there is probably nothing that can be done for that. Plenty of room on the back deck to hang out.The pool guy was amazing and the pool and hot tub were so clean. Thanks for a memorable family vacation we are looking forward to renting it out next year. Thanks again we enjoyed our stay.

This was our first time in Sandbridge and we had a nice week with our group of 12 family members. The house had a nice layout and was close to the beach walkway which was great. We enjoyed being on the bay as the kids liked fishing, kayaking and stand up paddle boarding (rentals). The pool was great.
The house did have some issues however. It is advertised as having a cabana with a TV and ice maker. There were no instructions for either. We could not get the TV or ice maker to work and they kept blowing a fuse. We reported the issue and an electrician came but was unable to fix it so we didn’t have use of either all week.
Our WiFi and TV service was out for 3 days, which normally would be fine but it was the Olympics and we had been enjoying watching the prime time recaps so that was a bummer. The house is managed by Sandbridge Blue and they were very responsive. The WiFi & TV service is Cox and it just took a few days to get an appointment.
The fridge water was a trickle and ice maker didn’t work. We reported it and they came and put in a new filter, then it all worked. The dishwasher top shelf was broken so they ordered a part. The hot tub was super foamy so they sent someone to fix that.
Overall, we enjoyed our week but wished the house had been maintained a bit better so we didn’t have so many issues during our vacation.

Great house for a family vacation! Plenty of space inside and out! The outdoor space at this property is awesome. Pool, hot tub, plenty of deck space, grill, outdoor TV and bar, and a large ice machine! So convenient to fill a cooler for the beach! The walk to the beach is not bad at all and totally worth it because you also have the outdoor area to enjoy, the best of both. You can also go fishing off of the back dock and an occasional small boat or kayak will go by. We loved it!

Spacious home with all the amenities needed to cook for a large family. Swimming pool and jacuzzi were awesome and used daily and a short walk from the home to a beautiful beach. Family had a wonderful time. Only thing missing was the steps on the dock to enter the channel were broken as we borrowed kayaks to float around on. We ended up using a ladder the home had so everything worked out for us.
