Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 3 TVs, 2 DVDs, Blu-ray, gas fireplace, Wifi. Wood laminate flooring in the living room and carpet in the bedrooms.

Great relaxing stay at this property! Clean, spacious, quiet. Nicely decorated. Great location close to the pool. Check-in took less than 5 minutes.

We stayed at this condo for a 2-sister getaway. This is the second similar condo we stayed at Sea Colony and found this one to be clean and comfortable. We like the openness and roominess. We are grateful for a step stool to reach the shelves as neither one of us is tall to reach the high cabinet shelves. We always enjoy a screen-in porch, especially one with an outdoor table for dining. There were dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived and that is how we learned the dishwasher was not anchored. Also, since we do not have gas fireplaces, we didn’t know you could see the pilot light, but the fireplace looked great, had it not been such hot days. The large walk-in shower with a seat was great for my sister and the showerheads were one of the best. In all, the area is quiet and does not feel like you are at a beach area.
