Our unit was in the rear and was nice and peaceful. Very quiet atmosphere. We loved playing cards on the screened in porch. Cleanliness was right on point and our towels in the master bedroom were shaped as swans and placed on our bed. Very nice touch!

Being in Sea Colony is great as you have access to all their amenities. Liked using the tram to the beach too so you don’t have to park.

Beautiful neighborhood. Landscape very well designed/maintained in the entire community. Very quiet and shaded property. Nice gas fireplace for chilly nights.
