The week went spent in this location was perfect! Beautiful home in quiet surroundings with a place to walk our dog, a pool to entertain our grandchild, and most importantly, equal distance between Lewes and Rehoboth.

The house was spacious and clean. The amenities are nice in the community but you can’t play tennis or pickleball unless you have a neighborhood app to sign up for a time. The older residents, many!, also would lecture you about rules of the pool and using amenities in the clubhouse. The neighbors are overwhelming. The pool also closes too early for the summer….before dark at 8. Overall, we had a great vacation and enjoyed the home but not the neighborhood.
