Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world.
THINGS TO KNOW
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.
The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. The home was clean, well stocked with everything we needed, close to restaurants and stores, close to a pool, and close to the beach. It was ideal for our family vacation!

The space and layout of this house are awesome. It’s an easy walk to the beach. A pool is steps away as is a tram stop. And Vacasa staff were great helping us with any questions, needs, or issues.

House was great, not a bad walk to the beach…4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, kitchen/living room/dining room area was nice as well.
