Great location on the first floor. Parking spot was convenient as well. The condo is updated, except for the bathrooms, but they weren't terrible. Cleaning service needs improvement.

After many years of vacations at Sea Colony, we decided that this unit rates among the best for location. The first floor still affords a view of the ocean, while allowing an easy walkout to the promenade and pool. This unit kitchen is also much more generously equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and silverware than others we’ve rented. Nicely done overall.

We are a vaccinated but high risk family and while we were in desperate need of a vacation, we were a little nervous about traveling. This condo was just perfect. We mostly avoided the elevators and used the back door as our front door. Super easy access to the beach. The condo itself is very nicely outfitted with plenty of room for everyone. The bathrooms could use some updating but overall the condo was great. In terms of area restaurants, we found plenty with outdoor seating as long as you’re willing to get there on the early side. We’ll be back!
