This Bear Trap Dunes townhome is a Friday to Friday rental during the summer season. Why Friday? Start your vacation without the Saturday traffic and check-in crowds. The Village at Bear Trap Dunes surrounds 27 holes of championship golf at Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club. Just three miles to the beach, this exciting golf course community features a fantastic set of amenities, including The Village Pavilion (with indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, exercise room, Har-Tru tennis courts, hard surface tennis court, multi-sport court and saunas for homeowners and guests), outdoor pool, playground, summer beach shuttle and clubhouse with restaurant. Note: The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis and fitness center. Great location, layout, and amenities. Would have given it a five if we had water when we first checked in. Agency was great about addressing the issue not sure why the cleaning crew that was there earlier didn't report it so it was fixed before we got there.

We really enjoyed our stay at 11 Willow Oak in Bear Trap Dunes. The house itself was bright and beachy, had great areas for my party to be together but also enough space for us to spread out as well. The home has a full kitchen that was well-supplied and we took advantage by making a lot of our own meals there. The home is a short walk from the pools (which we used every day) tennis courts, basketball court and fitness rooms, as well as the Bear Trap Dunes Golf clubhouse and restaurant. Bear Trap Dunes is conveniently located with grocery stores close by and a short drive down Atlantic Ave to Bethany Beach (about 10 minutes with no traffic). Beach traffic can back up, but we got around that by heading to the beach around 7:30 in the morning.

Our only knock on this home was that some of the appliances, furniture and amenities were a bit worn and aged.

Clean, very well equipped rental. Great location close to Pavillion and extra parking. Spacious rooms and updated kitchen. Would definitely recommend.
