Summer season dog fee is $175.
Offseason dog fee is $20 a day or $95 a week.

Off season cleaning is $175., more for large groups. Summer cleaning is $215.

Plus, this inviting 2 story, cathedral ceiling, 1,756 sf home has been well thought out to meet your vacation needs. The 1st floor spacious master suite features a king sized bed and work area. Home is beautifully decorated for all seasons. This home offers a second king sized room and a uniquely designed 3rd bedroom with 2 sleeping spaces separated by a wall. One side offers a full over twin bunk; the other side has twin and queen beds - giving you lots of options and essentially a 4th bedroom. The screened in porch has a table and seating for 6. The back deck has tables, chairs and a grill. Both offer excellent views of two holes of play on Bear Trap Dunes Black Bear course. Watch golfers try to stay out of the water on hole 9 while watching wildlife on the pond and grilling. Central air conditioning, well-equipped cooks kitchen. Beautiful dining room seats up to 8 and coordinated living room offer plenty of seating. Desk in master bedroom, upgraded bathrooms, washer/dryer, secured wireless internet access, gas fireplace. There is a $175. non-refundable pet fee charged when bringing a pet. From October to April, the pet fee is reduced to $75, 2 dog maximum. Bedding: Bedroom 1 :King; Bedroom 2: King; Bedroom 3: Full over twin bunkbed and 1 queen and 1 twin bed.

Community Amenities: The Village of Bear Trap Dunes surrounds 27 holes of a beautiful and well thought out golf course. Steps away from our home, your may catch the shuttle to Bethany Beach, exercise or relax at the community Pavilion (indoor and outdoor pools, fitness centers, hot tub, sauna, tennis, basketball, recreation center, table games and tot lot), hit golf balls at the range, walk to the golf Clubhouse, restaurant or pop in to the Clubhouse for a grab and go breakfast, lunch, snacks and papers. There is an in season fee of $50 per person per week to use community amenities (reduce in 2020 since shuttle did not run due to COVID). Only purchase the number of passes you will need at any one time as they are transferable among house guests. Off season amenity passes are $40. Prices subject to change based on HOA decisions. Golf is separate from the community amenities. Outdoor pool season is extended and, so close, that you can pop over quickly. Children over 12 can use amenities without parents (subject to change).

While this community is wonderful in the summer, it is equally wonderful in the spring and fall. Even after the outdoor pools close, there are still plenty of things to do. Walking or biking around the community is cooler off season and we are looking forward to a new trail opening nearby.
