Relax in this clean 3/2 condo at 6th and Nun. Mellow Home was remodeled in 2026 - furnishings are an eye-pleasing blend of eclectic vintage and modern esthetics. Open living space is perfect for families or groups. We offer two parking spaces behind the home as well as abundant street parking.

Home sleeps 8 on high quality mattresses! Primary bedroom features one king bed and a bath with a walk-in shower. One hall bedroom features a queen bed and the other has a queen bunk bed up and down. Hall bath contains a tub/shower combo. We offer two parking spaces behind the home as well as abundant street parking.
Wrightsville Beach is 20 minutes to the east and Carolina Beach is 30 minutes to the south. We are an easy two block walk from Castle Street shops and restaurants and only six blocks to the start of the Cape Fear River Walk which runs the length of our lively downtown central business district.
Two blocks away you can find Robert Strange Park with a public pool, a public gym you can join, tennis courts, ballfields and a playground.
Our home is perfect for families or groups. Open living area in the front is light-filled and welcoming. Guests will appreciate the superb comfort throughout the condo, making it a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. Whether you’re unwinding or spending time together, this beautiful condo offers a welcoming atmosphere. Enjoy all that Wilmington has to offer when you stay at our place!

We had a wonderful stay. The place was beautifully decorated, perfectly clean, close to everything and fully equipped. Looks like it was newly renovated and they did a fabulous job. The beds were fresh and comfortable. We had everything we needed from kitchen to bathroom items. Plenty of parking. Each night we walked to restaurants and the drive to the beach was easy. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Mellow Home is beautiful! It has everything you would expect from a rental home, and more. Rachel clearly wants her guests to be comfortable. And the kitchen has enough amenities to cook several gourmet meals without having to wonder if you have enough plates, or if there is a measuring cup. The house is an easy walk down to the river (making fireworks viewing an stress-free experience), and so close to many restaurants. I even walked to church Sunday morning!I needed to call Rachel, since VRBO was not forwarding my messages to her. She answered immediately, and was very helpful.I will absolutely stay again if I have my whole family with me!
