Nestled amongst the greenery of the Tuscan Maremma, the splendid Villa del Podere 109 - BioWine offers a unique holiday experience centred on relaxation, comfort and nature. The property is ideal for hosting large groups and families, with a maximum capacity of 15 people.

- Bathrooms: 6 en-suite bathrooms with showers in your bedrooms, plus a guest bathroom in the living area.
Living Area: Spacious indoor communal lounge with tables and chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen
Outdoor Areas: Veranda furnished with a table and chairs for al fresco lunches and dinners, a relaxation area with a hot tub, a separate entrance and private on-site parking.
