Fabulous views, on site restaurant, helpful staff. They have acted on feedback and we were offered cold water on arrival, had no wait at the restaurant, and we were given a sandwich and a cake as a takeaway breakfast. It was a great spot to head out on the Via Francigena the next day.
We messaged 24 hours ahead to request restaurant booking and takeaway breakfast but received no reply. A reply would have been reassuring as we were on foot, walking the Via Francigena, and had few other options. They did apologise for not replying.

Homemade food made by the host, views and Tea’s companionship. Everyone was extremely nice and we felt really cared for, the room was spacious and clean. There are a lot of places to sit outside and enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding areas and we could play with the hosts’ dog which was a very welcome addition.

Fantastic location- great views.
It is up a hill, away from town, which is a bit of a struggle after a day walking the via Francienga.
The host did not offer us drinks on arrival - nothing available in room. Food very average.

Restaurant was conveniently closed without any prior notification, not even Google showed it was closed.
Was told to go to small village. Again few places open and without prior booking the only option was a fast food pizza place.
Asked for availability of place to wash our camper van dishes (water) told not possible, must go to village.
Found a tap with hose near the parking lot and washed our dishes anyway.
No place to wash clothes.
