Lovely property, lovely accommodations and lovely staff. The place is run and managed by the owners who live on the property. Dinner is available on the property and it was nice not to have to go into town after driving for most of the day. Breakfast is EXCELLENT, prepared and served by the owner herself. All food offered at the property is locally grown, fresh and delicious. You are made to feel at home and get a glimpse into local living. A variety of tours are offered, such as, wine tasting, cooking class, 4 hour Tuscany tour and horseback riding. E-bike rentals are also available. Nice area for hiking. Lastly, there is a free spacious parking lot.

We had such a wonderful memorable stay. It was a Tuscan experience straight out of a movie. The staff (family actually) was wonderful and welcoming, the place was beautiful, the surrounding scenery was stunning. The location was fantastic as a base to either go towards siena or montepulciano for a day trip and make some stops at wineries for tastings. We made sure to come back every night for dinner as the food was absolutely fantastic and very reasonably priced. The room was very large, impeccably clean, well decorated. Thea the dog was free to roam around the property, we found that absolutely lovely and became friends with her but that was because we gave her attention, otherwise she seemed to leave the other guests alone (in case that's a concern for you).
Agriturismo Percenna was one of the best parts of our trip to italy.
We got a little confused by a request for advance payment but we straightened it out over the phone and everything was fine.

First of all , the managers and all the stuff is extremely friendly. I got there tired after along the day on the bike and was served immediately a pint of beer with the smile.
The Vista all around is amazing. The farm is situated upon the hill so you can see everything almost 360. Looking down at the village on the sunset was my favorite part.
Dinner was served in the cozy dining room is great atmosphere in the pasta, soup and dessert was extremely tasteful.
Bed is super comfy
.The shower was also a bit small for me but I'm a rather big guy
