We loved the location of Urban Hive. We were greeted by lovely staff and a glass of champagne. The room was well designed. Big, light and a window that opened. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Unfortunately room service was poor. Our room was not cleaned the next day. They made the bed, didnt swap over used glasses and mugs, didnt refresh towels or tea or water. Disappointing. They said rooftop bar was opened, both nights it was not. Staff at reception were great.

The stars of Urban Hive are its front desk staff and Karen from F&B. They are the sweetest, kindest and friendliest team I have ever met. Big round of applause to them.
