Welcome to the heart of the Lower Rhine!

Our home in Grefrath-Mülhausen can accommodate up to 10 people; it is modernly furnished and well-equipped. Ideal for families, groups of friends, or trade show attendees. Thanks to the excellent infrastructure, there are great connections to Düsseldorf, Krefeld, and surrounding cities.

Grefrath also offers numerous recreational opportunities: The EisSport & EventPark, the nearby open-air museum, and cycling and hiking trails provide variety and relaxation.

Our spacious, newly renovated house spans three floors.

First floor: a cozy bedroom with a double bed, a guest restroom, a bathroom with a shower, a well-equipped kitchen, and an inviting living room.

First floor: Bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, bathroom with shower, and an area with a changing table and a crib for the little ones.

Second floor: two additional bedrooms, one with two single beds, the other with a single bed and a bunk bed.

You can always expect freshly made beds and clean towels, which we have professionally laundered.

We provide a parking space on the premises.

A high-speed internet connection ensures that you can work or stream content without any problems.

A bus stop just a 3-minute walk away provides excellent access to public transportation.

A supermarket for your daily needs is just a 7-minute walk away.

The entire house is at your disposal. Only the basement is currently off-limits.

The garden is still under construction. You’re welcome to use the patio. However, we ask that you refrain from walking on the newly seeded lawn.

Although we are not on-site, we will respond quickly to any questions via chat or phone. Our office is located just a few minutes away, so we can quickly assist with technical questions or minor issues. We respect your privacy and will only enter the house upon request or in an emergency.

Check-in is contactless via a key safe; we’ll provide you with the code before your arrival.

Upon arrival, we’ll provide you with an information folder. It contains organizational details such as the house rules and information about the house, as well as insights into the town and surrounding area so you can plan activities for your stay if you’re interested.
